Lab Week

Celebrate your biotech tenants and recognize Lab Week (technically Medical Laboratory Professionals Week)! This can also be broadened to a tenant appreciation event if your campus is more mixed in the types of businesses and staff present. Lab Week is usually the 3rd or 4th week of April, but the weather is improving, and everyone wants to be outside-so pick a week and celebrate!! 

Cinco de Mayo

It’s fiesta time, so grab your sombrero. Bring on the Latin food trucks and celebrate Mexico's victory at the Battle of the Puebla! Broadcast some themed music to add to the fiesta atmosphere. Serve some virgin margaritas to maximize everyone’s fun. Creating a self-serve salsa bar also might add to the fun!

Star Wars - May the 4th Be With You

Celebrate the iconic Star Wars Day with your tenants on May 4th. Plan fun activities with a simple Star Wars trivia game, Star Wars themed lawn games, and provide photos ops with life sized characters cutouts and backdrops that your tenants will love. This fun event is sure to become an annual favorite. 

Mothers Day

Your employees are moms and have moms to remember. Conside a fun craft activity to give them a little something to take home that says love and thank you. Don't miss it - always the second Sunday in May.

National Donut Day - June 7

Always the 1st Friday in June, whata delicious day to commemorate! We'll help you find the right vendors to give your employees a varieties of tastes to try.

Juneteeth Day of Freedom - June 19

Celebrate the newest National Holiday with a black owned business market and invite appropriate food vendors to embrace the day. Take a moment to remember the importance of the day and freedom we enjoy.

Fathers Day

Dads love cook outs, goofy jokes, & games! Make a day of it and let dad shine during the work week too. Don't let the 3rd Sunday in June pass by without a fun event to appeal to all your employee-dads.

Earth Day

Take a minute to think about our planet and put together a fun event. Highlighting this hot topic shows the management cares, gives tenants an opportunity to find like-minded individuals, and builds community. Offer local and sustainable food vendors, perhaps partner with a lunch and learn about urban farming or beekeeping. Pair with a shredding service or upcycling vendor to round out the event. 

Jazz on the Lawn

Invite folks to come back on a weekend and host a local band for an evening concert to avoid the heat of the day. This provides a great chance to highlight your local music scene and showcase your tenants as being connected to the community.
