Happy New Year! How happy are you that 2020 is coming to a close? We know that offering amenities at your properties has been hard in the wake of COVID-19, but now that 2021 is on the horizon you need to be making plans. The hard part is that since we still don’t know what will happen with the pandemic, plans need to be coming together but remain flexible.

Monday (12/6/2020) was National Microwave Oven Day! This day honors an appliance that changed the way we use the kitchen. We at MOBLZ think you should celebrate this day by NOT using a microwave oven, but instead finding a local food truck or restaurant to dine at.

National Vegan Food Week

This week is National Vegan Food Week. In honor, we wanted to highlight two vegan food trucks and offer up a vegan recipe in preparation for Thanksgiving. In case you’re wondering, the dictionary defines vegan as a strict vegetarian who consumes no food (such as meat, eggs, or dairy products) that comes from animals. So vegan food follows those same protocols.

Respiratory Care Week

Respiratory Care Week is October 25 - 31, 2020. This week honors those who serve as respiratory therapists and was started by a proclamation of President Ronald Reagan in 1982.
