If you’ve never heard of Yard Billiards, Snooker, or Soccer Pool. It’s simply pool or billiards played with your feet. It has been around for a few years now in Europe and has grown in popularity in larger cities like Dallas, LA, and NYC. It’s notorious for showing up in bars, outdoor venues, and various camps. But, who’s to say that we can’t have fun on our break at work?
Luckily, these game setups are reasonably priced and even easier to set up on your property. Here are a few options on where you can get yours!
The first option is from
Fut Pool America. They are locally made in California. They offer 3 different size options, 22ft x 12ft, 18ft x 10ft, and 14ft x 8ft. Their main selling point is with their kit even though the ground may not be level, you can still level out the playing field. The one downside is that you don’t get to see their prices upfront which leads us to believe that it somewhere in the $5,000 plus range.
Another option is purchasing it from a company called “
ibigbean”. Depending on what option you choose you will spend anywhere from $260-4,000. The reason for such a large difference is that they have blow up options as well as hardwood sets.
Your last option if you don’t want to spend the big bucks or buy the kit you can rent it if you live in Dallas or California for $500-800. To us, this option doesn’t make the most economical sense, but we could understand if you just wanted to try it out at your property.
