In 1980, Tanh & Phouthone Kettisack came to the US to escape the war in Laos with their daughter. Despite not having much to start with, the couple has since grown their family, and opened their own food truck. The family uses the truck to share their traditional cuisine with the world, as well as to share their culture and values. |

Ron Blancaflor opened the Adobo Joe food truck after 25 years of serving in the US Army. Combining traditional Filipino dishes with his own original creations, Ron has created a flavorful and diverse menu for his truck. Bo’s Kitchen
Owner and chef Bo Kwon focuses his menu on the health benefits that are found in traditional Korean cuisine. Foods like Korean Kimchi and Gochujang, a fermented condiment, hold many nutrients that help your immune system. Bo’s goal is to provide his customers with the highest quality, nutritious, Korean-style meals. |

Founded by the So family, this truck earned the love of many locals with their authentic Korean BBQ taste and fusion menu. After a brief closure, the truck is now owned and operated by So family friends Joe Choi and Shinae Lee. They still serve the same great menu, with the additional goal of launching young missionaries into the world. |

Don Express
Owners Mari and James opened their truck in Fall of 2019. They were inspired to create a unique Japanese street food experience, different form your typical hibachi and sushi restaurants. Mari filled the menu with Tokyo classics like yakisoba noodles, octopus, and okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes). Their son, Kai, also works on the truck, helping with prep and grill work. Mari’s favorite part about owning the truck is getting to meet new people every day. |

After 15 years as a pharmacist, Desiree took a leap of faith and opened her own food truck, inspired by her Filipino family. She loved how food brought people together, and decided to bring together the southern and Filipino cuisines she grew up with to create a unique menu. Desiree hopes that every customer who visits her truck gets that warm and welcoming “Southern Fried” feeling. |
