Having received training at the Original Funnel Cake Store in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, we gained knowledge of how to create top-quality funnel cakes and to provide the best customer service available. We use a cake batter mix with an aroma that will surely make your mouth water.
Knowing the effects of various oils on food, S&K only uses Canola Oil. This oil doesn’t soak into the cake allowing it to be flaky and delicious, not oily and soggy. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
