We are a sourdough microbakery based out of Smithfield, NC! We have been baking for over two years and launched our business in September. We specialize in long fermented sourdough goods which not only creates a delicious flavor but helps to break down the gluten creating an easier to digest treat. Our top sellers are our artisan sourdough loaf, rosemary garlic sourdough, cinnamon rolls, bagels, scones and cake pops!
