Owner-Entrepreneur of  Uptown Grill & Beatz is a mobile food service company offering a selection of Southern Fusion dishes that combine elements of soul and popular street foods. Our flagship dish is the "The Uptown Bowl". It is a juicy deep fried chicken breast on a bed of rice pilaf, topped with a special homemade uptown sauce and lots of veggies. That chicken breast can also be ordered as a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The bowl also can be ordered with jumbo shrimp, salmon or jerk chicken . Our take on Chicken and Waffles features a boneless chicken breast and hot sauce syru he p. We also offer the Shrimp and Waffle .We offer a crowd favorite, chicken wings and fries. Wings can be ordered in a choice of Lemon Pepper, Sweet Thai Chili, Buffalo, Jerk or Southern Fried flavors. If the craving is for seafood, we offer fried whiting filets or Flounder with waffle fries. Also Jumbo shrimp with fries. Catfish nuggets with waffle fries. And we offer Seafood egg rolls which are filled with 100% lump crab meant and shrimp and Seafood balls. On the traditional side, we offer 1/4 pound all beef hamburgers topped as ordered and all beef hot dogs topped as ordered. We also offer Turkey burgers and Veggie burgers. Added to the menu we offer your choice of egg rolls. Be it the Philly steak and cheese, Philly chicken and cheese or buffalo chicken . You can also get either in a sandwich form. And chicken tenders. Because we care about our environment, we offer bottled Coke and Pepsi products for environmental recycling.
