Boba Baba Café is based in Cary, NC and offers premium Taiwanese Boba (bubble tea) by using only high-quality tea leaves, real fruits, and locally sourced dairy to craft our products. Our team works directly with farmers from Taiwan, Japan, and China to import the tea leaves we use in our daily operations. Boba Baba has been in business for over 5 years with over 1,000 positive reviews from the community in the Raleigh/Durham area. We have experience in various events from multiple-day musical festivals to intimate weddings.
Our events setup is a boba truck with 10 dispensers located in the passenger side of the vehicle with a serving table set up in front. The total dimensions for our setup including generator and service table is 29'x13'. Our setup was designed to add a more personal approach to customer service as opposed to a traditional food truck design, allowing us to stay closer to and on the same level as the customer. Our boba truck operation design allows us to produce over 400 craft specialty drinks per hour.
