Caribbean Fusion

Cooking has been apart of our family for decades, just ask our children and they will say, “ Dad and Mom cook with passion!” We started cooking just for our family and it grew to friends, our children’s peers and then we took to the streets. We cooked for ministry and feed thousands of homeless people on the streets of Charlotte. The question we kept getting asked by everyone we served was “ why don’t you open a restaurant.” But we felt led to bring our food to people in a more mobile fashion. This food is cooked with the best ingredient ever” passion “ we put our heart in all we prepare. If we don’t eat it, we don’t serve it. Cooking for us is not only a passion, it’s a ministry.
