- Blackened Catfish Po Boy: Freshwater catfish seasoned & grilled. Topped with slaw, lettuce, tomatoes, remy sauce & pickles
- Dirty Bird: Blackened chicken dressed up with a drip of heat. topped with white cheddar, tomato, bacon, adn drizzled with cajun ranch
- Bourbon Street Chicken, Shrimp, or Vegetarian: Sweet boozy chicken, chicken & shrimp, or mushroom sauteed with onions and peppers in bourbon sauce over rice.
