Haiti on Wheels π
Bon Fritay food truck serves fritay [pronounced fwee-tie], street food from the island of Haiti. Their menu consists of mouth-watering fried dishes from griot (fried pork), to akra (malanga fritters), and from plantains to pikliz (spicy slaw) and much more.
They started as a catering service several years ago and found success, so they decided to take their unique dishes on the road.

Bon Fritay Haitian Food Truck is the best food I’ve had since moving to NC!!! The owners are awesome π€© I love that they know my name when I come pick up my food, it makes me feel special βΊοΈ The food is AMAZING!!!! One of my favorites is the Griot(Fried Pork) with the rice and sweet plantains!! You also have to get the pikliz π€€ The perfect bite is a little rice, pikliz, griot, then a bite of the sweet plantain π© Delicious!! Ive tried a few other dishes that were just as tasty!! Try it for yourself, I highly recommend this food truck!! You won’t be disappointed π ππ½

We are the first Haitian Caribbean food truck to operate in the area. We serve fritay [pronounced fwee-tie], street food from the island of Haiti. Our menu consists of mouth-watering fried dishes from griot (fried pork), to akra (malanga fritters), and from plantains to pikliz (spicy slaw) and more.
We started as a caterer several years ago and found such success that we decided to expand and take our venture on the road. With a new name, a new look and a new food trailer, we are excited to hit the ground running.
