We make the Triangle's best authentic Mexican tacos! All our tacos are prepared with made-on-the-truck tortillas, with sizzling meats, topped with cilantro and onion and accompanied by our two speciality salsas (tomatillo-avocado and super-spicy smoky chipotle). We also serve quesadillas, tortas (Mexican sandwiches), and Mexican sodas and drinks (horchata or chamurrado, depending on the weather).
