The goal of MySausageBuddy is to bring a European street food flair to Charlotte. Owners/Operators Jan and Danielle Lemerman both with European roots- Jan born and raised in Czech Republic and Danielle born in to an Italian American family grew up eating sausage. Both have a real passion for food.
Jan has over 14 years in the food and beverage industry and started experimenting with making sausages from scratch in his free time. Bouncing the idea off of friends and family in the industry the concept of MySausageBuddy was born. Using the Czech street style sausage sandwich and putting a made from scratch twist on it MySausageBuddy serves the perfect hand held delight.
