Actively scheduling trucks on your campus appeals to your tenant employees because it maximizes their lunch break and gives a chance to mingle and be outside during the day. Many services now come to their clients. Employees love this because they can multi-task while at work. Who wouldn’t want to get their car detailed while they were sitting in a meeting! As a property manager, you might be concerned about who comes to the property. Events

Leverage Your Open Space
