Event Marketing to Your Tenants: How to Spread the Word

Understanding the best way to market events to your tenants is largely dependent on how they receive information on the property. All properties are different: some send out information by email, others have property-specific platforms or use social media. Knowing how your tenants receive their information, and updates will make all the difference in how you choose to advertise to them. For now, though, as event coordination experts, here are a few ways that we advertise MOBLZ events. 

  1. Campus wide emails and alerts. Many business-parks use campus-specific platforms designed specifically for tenants to spread the news about alerts. This is a guaranteed way to always be in the know about information and events regarding your workplace. Recommend that your tenants enroll in email lists or have them turn on notifications so that they’ll never miss a campus event.  

  1. Social media. If your property has a social media page, use it! Build up your social media presence by advertising your fun campus events, as well as incentives for attending campus events. Property managers will often arrange free lunches or employee appreciation events.  

  1. Signage. Consider putting posters and flyers around your office spaces to ensure you’re getting the word out about events. You can also include instructions on how to enroll in campus-wide event notifications if your property offers it.
