Amenities Part 3 of 3: Mobile Services

Are mobile services still available and desired by tenants? You bet!

We’ve been updating our recommendations for amenities to reflect the current market over the last two weeks. This week we turn to mobile services and what types are still available.
 
In 2019 we told you about a growing trend for service businesses to come to their clients at office parks and homes in an effort to remain viable during the pandemic. Many of these services are still available, while some have returned to their bricks and mortar locations. We’re all familiar with food trucks, but what other services are still available? Mobile retail like farmers' markets and vintage clothing also exist in some markets. If you think of a service that can be brought to an office, someone may well provide it. Some businesses may be better suited to coming into your buildings to meet with clients, while others prefer to bring their office with them and work in your parking areas or common spaces.
