THE GARBAGE TRUCK IS A FOOD TRUCK SERVING THE LEGENDARY ROCHESTER, NY TRASH PLATE IN CHARLOTTE, NC. The Garbage Truck (TGT) opened in 2011 serving the streets of sunny Los Angeles, CA. TGT brought the famous Western New York dish, the Trash Plate, to the west coast before opening another food truck in Charlotte, NC in 2018. In addition to serving the Trash Plate, TGT serves all-American foods with their own special twist. The Garbage Truck has created their own special meat hot sauce and "crack sauce", which are both featured throughout the signature dishes.
